Why Klyva exists
Skincare labels are hard to read, and marketing rarely matches what's actually in the bottle. Most people have no simple way to tell whether a product is genuinely good for them or just well-advertised. Klyva exists to close that gap — to turn a confusing ingredient list into a straight answer you can trust.
How we score
Every Klyva score is built on published science and regulatory sources — including the EU Cosmetics Regulation, the Cosmetic Ingredient Review, and peer-reviewed research — not on opinion or hype. The same ingredients always produce the same score, so results are consistent and reproducible. And when we don't recognize something on a label, we say so rather than guess. We keep the details of our scoring method private, but every score is grounded in the sources above.
What makes us different
Klyva is built to be on your side, not a brand's. We don't take money from brands to change a score, and no company can pay for a better rating or ranking. We may earn a small commission when you buy through some links, but that never affects a product's score or where it appears — recommendations are always ordered by score, never by commission.
